Professional onsite evaluation of tree condition, structural defects, targets, and risk factors using ISA Tree Risk Assessment and ANSI A300 standards.

Arborist Reports for Florida Statute §163.045
Typically $350–$950+
For qualifying residential properties, Florida law may allow certain tree removals without local permitting requirements when supported by documentation from a certified arborist or registered landscape architect.
Reports are based on onsite observations and accepted arboricultural standards. Not all trees qualify as “high risk” or “unacceptable risk” under the statute.
Assessments remain objective and independent regardless of desired project outcome.
Pre-Construction Tree Assessments

Assessment of tree condition and potential construction impacts prior to:

May include preservation recommendations, monitoring recommendations, or removal considerations where appropriate.

Arborist reports are professional observations and opinions based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and applicable industry standards.
A healthy or structurally stable tree may not qualify as “high risk” simply because removal is desired for convenience, construction preference, sunlight, debris, views, or landscape redesign.
Where trees do not meet high-risk thresholds, alternative recommendations may include:
- Structural pruning
- Crown reduction
- Monitoring
- Target management
- Root zone protection
- General condition documentation
